One thing about getting old is our lack of energy, the many aches and pains and of course stiff muscles and brittle bones.

But do you know that a little bit of sunshine in the early morning can help ease our pain and anxiety about brittle bones?

Just 10-15 minutes of sunshine everyday is enough to furnish us with the needed Vitamin D for stronger bones and teeth. According to researchers and doctors, a lack of Vitamin D may cause certain diseases , even including certain cancers.

So, when soaking up Vit. D from the sun, remember to use sunscreen daily.

Sunscreens won’t reverse the aging   process nor erase the signs of aging

but can help a lot in preventing further damage such as wrinkles and age spots.

It will help reduce further cellular damage. The sun can do worse fro some people.. It may lead to sun-induced symptoms including skin cancer.

Here’s  hint: pick out sunscreens  with  zinc oxide or titanium dioxide, According to my dermatologist, they work by creating barriers  against ultra A and B rays that can hasten aging.

To protect the skin further, use sunscreens even if you won’t go out in the sun.  (SPF 15 )or higher is best.) It is also helpful to use sunscreen with moisturizer.

That is how we defy aging  and look youthful even at our 60′s or 70′s So be aware that there are sunscreen products everywhere at different price ranges. Choose the best that goes well with your skin and use it daily.
